潘世烈,男,河南省临颍县人,理学博士,研究员,博士生导师,副所长,中科院"人才计划"学者,国家杰出青年基金获得者,全国人工晶体标准化技术委员会委员,中国光学学会光学材料专业委员会委员,中国晶体学会理事,中国青年科技工作者协会常务理事,新疆留学人员联谊会&新疆欧美同学会第二届理事会副秘书长,新疆维吾尔自治区科学技术协会第八届委员会常委,《人工晶体学报》编委。1996年于郑州大学获得理学学士学位,同年保送郑州大学研究生于1999年获理学硕士学位,20027月于中国科学技术大学获理学博士学位,2004年中科院理化技术研究所博士后出站,到美国Northwestern University做博士后,2007年到中科院新疆理化技术研究所工作,并入选中科院"人才计划"20086月获中科院(引进国外杰出人才)择优支持。现任中科院特殊环境功能材料与器件重点实验室主任,新疆电子信息材料与器件重点实验室副主任。主要从事无机光电功能晶体材料研究。已在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., J. Am. Chem. Soc.等国际期刊上发表论文260余篇(其中, SCI影响因子大于4.0100余篇);授权美国发明专利3项,中国发明专利52项。承担国家杰出青年基金、国家973、国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金重大研究计划及面上项目、中国科学院知识创新工程重要方向项目、中国科学院STS项目、新疆自治区“十三五”重大科技专项等课题。曾获第二批国家"人才计划"领军人才(2016年)、中国侨界贡献奖(创新团队)(2016年)、朱李月华优秀教师奖(2015年)、新疆第十批有突出贡献优秀专家(2015年)、柳大纲优秀青年科技奖(2015年)、国家杰出青年基金(2014年)、科技部中青年科技创新领军人才(2013年)、中国青年科技奖 (2013年)、全国归侨侨眷先进个人 (2013年)、中科院青年科学家奖(2013年)、中科院王宽诚西部学者突出贡献奖(2013年)、新疆维吾尔自治区第十批有突出贡献优秀专家 (2013年)、自治区天山英才工程第一层次培养人选(2013年)、新疆维吾尔自治区科学技术进步奖一等奖(排名第一) 2010年、2012年和2014年)、第四届中国侨界贡献奖(创新人才)(2012年)、中科院“人才计划”学者终期评估优秀(2012年)、自治区首批天山英才工程第一层次培养人选(2012年)、“国务院政府特殊津贴”(2011年)、新疆维吾尔自治区“第五届新疆青年科技奖”(2011年)、新疆维吾尔自治区“优秀博士论文指导教师”(2010年)、人力资源和社会保障部等7 部委“新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选”(2009年)等。已出站博士后3名,已培养博士生17名,硕士生25名。科研团队网页:http://www.oefm.cn/
