个人简介
研究员/博士生导师;长期从事气候水文系统变异、自然灾害防治、气候变化等领域研究。中国科学院青年创新促进会会员、中科院创新交叉团队获得者。担任雅鲁藏布大峡谷水循环西藏自治区野外科学观测研究站副站长;担任复合链生自然灾害动力学应急管理部重点实验室学术带头人;担任俄罗斯科学基金会专家委员会委员。主持国家重点研发计划课题、第二次青藏科考课题、中科院先导专项子课题、国家自然科学基金等项目10余项。研究成果直接服务于我国资源环境领域国家重大科技需求,多次以第一撰写人撰写的专家咨询报告被中央有关部门采纳,形成较好的社会经济效应。在Nature Review Earth & Environment、EF、WRR、ERL、JH、JGR等本专业领域权威期刊发表科技论文150余篇;获得中国精品科技期刊顶尖学术论文—领跑者5000(F5000)奖、中国水论坛优秀青年科技论文奖等;出版学术专著5本;获12项授权国家发明专利;获得西藏自治区科技进步二等奖、水利部大禹水利科学技术奖三等奖等。
