Research Interests

  • Ocean dynamics: study the relationship between the marginal sea current and the Pacific Ocean current system, and also their relationship with the eastern Indian Ocean current through the Indonesian throughflow
  • Air-sea interaction: study the Pacific wind forcing variability and its influence on the ocean thermal variations; discuss the climate change influence on ocean current.
