研究领域

姚培圆,中国科学院青年创新促进会会员,研究员,2021年获得了英国皇家化学会Horizon Prize(该奖项皆在表彰全球因做出突破性成果而为相关领域开辟出新方向或新可能的团队与合作研究)。长期从事新型生物催化剂的发现与改造和生物催化反应的设计、机理及应用研究。旨在利用有机化学逆合成分析原理和酶催化机制,重构药物及精细化学品的合成途径;对酶分子模块进行定向进化和改造以实现传统化学法难以实现或污染严重的反应,从而促进相关药物及精细化学品生产技术的绿色升级。已在国际高水平学术期刊上发表论文50多篇,被引1300多次,H 指数20,以第一/通讯作者在Nat. Chem.、Angew. Chem.、ACS Catal.、Green Chem.、Chem. Sci.、Org. Lett.、Sci. China Chem.等高水平学术期刊上发表论文30多篇。
