核心成果

   
海藻基础繁殖生物学领域以及经济海藻良种产业化领域

        领导课题组在国内外首次:

        (1)发现了裙带菜单倍雄配子体的“雌雄同体”现象,提出了“N-UV”性别决定机制,据此建立了单性游孢子杂交新品种培育技术,克服了配子体杂交技术的弊端;

        (2)完成了裙带菜全基因组解析、首张高密度遗传连锁图谱绘制、全长转录组分析;

        (3)完成了海带、裙带菜精子寿命测定,提出我国海带夏苗生产系统存在由精子污染带来的品种混杂问题,提出了解决方案和优化工艺;

        (4)阐述了杂交海带适时不育现象,突破了杂交海带育性控制技术瓶颈,实现了产业应用;

        (5)阐述了铜藻漂浮种群(金潮)和定生种群基因流动特点,发现了铜藻漂浮伴随生殖过程的现象。项目组建立了裙带菜“双高光”室内常温全人工种苗培育技术,推动裙带菜种苗产业进入全人工种苗生产时代;阐述了羊栖菜、铜藻卵子精子排放规律,建立了铜藻、羊栖菜全人工种苗培育技术,实现产业应用;

        (6)育成我国仅有两个国审裙带菜新品种高产、早熟“海宝1号”以及优质、高产、晚熟的“海宝2号”,前者可提高亩产15%以上,后者收割期可延至5月上旬,实现增产30%,终止了我国裙带菜产业需要定期从日本引种的历史,实现了独立自主的种业产业;

        (7)育成优质国审海带新品种“205”,单产提高10%以上,解决了北方产区缺乏适合干晒加工的海带品种问题;育成国审杂交海带新品种“中宝1号”,烫菜加工效益实现翻番,解决了辽宁产区长期缺乏适宜品种的现状;

        (8)培育了优质高产抗逆海带新品系B013和J100,分别在山东和福建产区开展了大规模生产测试,性状优良。上述国审新品种及品系在我国北方主产区大面积示范推广超过100万亩。
