研究领域
精神疾病是一类高遗传、高异质性,病因不明且难治愈的重大脑疾病,目前临床上尚缺乏稳定有效的诊断和治疗生物标记,被Science杂志列为125个最具挑战性的科学问题之一。该方向是“健康中国2030”规划纲要的重要组成部分,也是AI for Science的重要子方向之一。团队长期面向抑郁症、精神分裂症等重大精神疾病精准诊疗的生物标志物问题,专注于以脑网络组图谱为桥梁,(1)聚焦精准诊断:应用人工智能技术融合脑影像、多组学、认知和行为等大样本多尺度数据,挖掘可重复性的脑影像诊疗标志物及其背后的可能生物机制,为深入解析脑正常和疾病状态下的认知和行为差异提供重要证据;(2)聚焦物理治疗:以多模态脑影像和AI技术为引导,建立数字孪生脑模型,探究不同脑疾病的可靠神经调控靶点,助力临床开展个性化、高响应的物理治疗。
