研究领域

分子生态学方向:一、长期专注于温带荒漠植物的进化历史和适应性机理,结合群体基因组学研究荒漠建群种的进化历史,探讨亚洲内陆干旱区的时空演化对荒漠生态系统稳定性的影响;二、以异质性环境分布的植物为材料,利用多组学解析生态物种形成的遗传基础。

干旱区生态农业方向:利用多组学技术挖掘荒漠资源植物适应极端环境的分子代谢机制,解析表型变异、代谢物累计和营养代谢的遗传机制,为荒漠药用植物资源驯化和育种提供核心种质资源,探讨规模化应用的生态经济效益,为干旱区生态建设和农业发展提供新模式。


招生信息

2020年拟招收2名博士生,1名负责沙蓬核心种质资源评价和遗传定位;1名负责沙蓬应用标准化及其无抗养殖中的应用基础。

拟招收1名硕士生,负责沙蓬药用成分差异形成的分子生态基础。
