研究领域
理论环境化学。主要开展以结构活性相关为核心的有机污染化学研究,从事有机污染物环境化学过程的理论模拟、构效关系及其在生态风险评价中的应用研究。利用生物信息学、计算化学和定量结构-活性相关技术,确定污染物环境形态,预测生态毒性并分析建立其与可能生物靶的相互作用模型,探索毒性作用的分子机制,发展定量预测模型。近几年,主要在体内靶点选择及分子毒理、非单调剂量-效应关系形成机制、生物靶多态性与可塑性等方面展开研究。
