研究领域
(1)新型纳微颗粒疫苗佐剂构建及其免疫增强机制研究。基于前期颗粒性质影响疫苗免疫效应基础上,开展深入颗粒微观结构影响免疫效应相关机制研究,总结微观结构调控免疫效应的规律,指导颗粒疫苗理性设计。针对乙肝表面抗原、HPV疫苗、流感疫苗等,设计构建不同免疫增效需求的颗粒疫苗,完成体外、体内免疫效应评价,开展体内过程及胞内信号途径研究,阐明颗粒增强免疫效应机制,深化颗粒疫苗设计。
(2)mRNA递送系统研究。针对不同部位如肝脏、肺脏、脾脏等,设计构建mRNA的靶向递送系统,实现mRNA的靶器官、靶细胞的定位传输,系统研究颗粒性质影响靶向效率与转染效率的相关规律,实现mRNA递送体系的理性设计。
(3)肿瘤微环境调控纳微体系研究。针对肿瘤乏氧、免疫抑制微环境,设计构建递送微环境改善活性物质的复合体系,通过仿生修饰等实现体内长循环及其对肿瘤部位及其相关细胞的次序靶向递送,经环境响应释放设计,实现活性物质的次序递送及其对不同微环境的调控,阐明相关机制,指导新型递送体系的理性构筑。
