研究领域

以鲤形目和鲈形目主要鱼类如斑马鱼、异育银鲫、罗非鱼、鳜等为研究对象,主要研究鱼类生长性状和营养代谢性状的决定机制。利用分子标记辅助育种技术和基因组分子设计技术进行遗传改良等基础性研究。

主要包括以下几个方面:

1. 鱼类生长调控机制。主要研究生长激素通路、胰岛素信号通路对TOR信号的调控机制。

2. 鱼类维生素D和胰岛素的互做机制和能量代谢的影响。

3. 鱼类肌肉生长调控机制。主要包括抑肌素(myostatin)调控肌肉生长和营养代谢的机制。

4. 利用分子标记辅助育种技术和GWAS技术筛选生长和营养代谢相关重要基因,并研究其功能。
