Dr. Prof. Wenmu LI received his BSc in chemistry from the Fujian Normal University in 2002 and obtained his PhD from the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry (CIAC) in 2008. He working as a postdoctor with Dr. Prof. Allan S. Hay at the McGill University in Canada (2008-2010). After that, he was doing postdoctoral research at the University of Waterloo (2010-2011) and University of Montreal (2011-2012) in Canada before he returned to the Fujian Institute of Research On the Structure of Matter (FJIRSM) in late 2012. His current research interests are mainly on polymer design and synthesis for industrial application (electronics chemicals, flame retardants, leather, foam, fuel cells etc).
