
Shuang Liu, as an associate researcher at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Master's Degree Supervisor, is mainly engaged in research on risk assessment and early warning for mountain hazards, climate change, and terrestrial hydrological evolution. He has successively led projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, sub-topics of key research and development plans of China, Sichuan Province Natural Science Foundation, and institute-level scientific research topics. Over 70 papers have been published in well-known journals, participated in the compilation of 3 monographs, obtained 8 invention patents (both pending and authorized), completed 4 software copyrights, and participated in the compilation of 2 consulting reports which have had a positive impact at the national level.
