研究领域

主要通过以下四个方向的研究探索世界蔷薇科植物的系统发育、进化以及多样性。1、使用系统发育基因组学(phylogenomics)的手段构建蔷薇科各个类群的系统发育框架;2、以蔷薇科为案例探讨网状进化(杂交、多倍化、不完全谱系分选、基因渐渗以及无融合生殖等)在驱动植物多样性中的作用;3、使用人工智能(AI)中深度学习(deep learning)的手段探索标本馆/博物馆馆藏的标本在植物系统学与分类学中的应用;4、利用整合系统学的手段,综合多学科的证据(植物系统学、植物分类学、基因组学、生态学、古植物学、生物信息学以及生物地理学等)进行蔷薇科各个类群的物种划分工作,并完成业界同行认可的专著性研究。
