研究领域

海洋鲸类空间分布、遗传多样性的形成机制(主要通过现有遗传多样性构建种群模型,获取种群历史信息);近代人类活动对近岸鲸类的种群生存力影响(主要通过基于Photo-ID采集动物个体信息,通过标记重捕分析获取种群学参数,并通过构建种群模型掌握种群动态演变趋势)。

招生信息

本人主要使用照片识别技术从事鲸类的种群生态学和行为学研究,通过构建种群模型评估环境变化对鲸类微进化的影响(详细研究内容可以见本人Researchgate网页 https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Wenzhi_Lin2)。目前我们已经针对海南西岸、雷州湾和珠江口的中华白海豚开展了5-10年不等的个体追踪调查,已经辨识我国境内超过3300头中华白海豚个体,已建成该物种覆盖度最广和连续追踪时间最长的照片识别数据库。现拟招一名从事中华白海豚和其他鲸类种群生态和行为学生态方向硕士研究生。
