工作经历

现任中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所先进润滑与防护材料研究发展中心副主任,中科院材料磨损与防护重点实验室副主任,磨损与表面工程课题组副组长。兼任中国机械工程学会表面工程分会第六届委员会副主任委员,中国材料研究学会青年委员会理事,《摩擦学学报》第七届编辑委员会委员,《材料保护》第八届编辑委员会委员,《表面技术》青年编辑委员会委员等。同时任甘肃省民盟中科院兰州分院第八届基层委员会主委,民盟科技工作委员会委员。 20007月毕业于西北大学化学化工学院,获工学学士学位;200512月毕业于中科学院兰州化学物理研究所,获物理化学专业博士学位。200512月至201112月,在中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所工作,任副研究员。20121月至今任研究员。20168-10月作为青年研修团组成员赴瑞典林雪平大学进行合作研究。目前主要从事固体润滑、耐磨和防护薄膜/涂层的基础研究和应用研究。发展了多种特种润滑、耐磨材料和表面工程技术,如超低摩擦系数固体润滑薄膜、极端高温和宽温域自润滑耐磨涂层、硬质耐磨耐蚀涂层等,在航空、航天、核技术等型号上获得了成功应用,解决了相关装备 “三高一特殊”(高温、高速、高负载和特殊环境)极端环境和苛刻工况条件下的润滑防护问题。先后承担和参加了973课题、国家自然科学基金、国防基础科研、航天基础科研、军工配套项目等二十多项国家重要科研项目。在Advanced MaterialsAdvanced Functional Materials CarbonACS applied materials & interfaces 国内外重要刊物上发表论文130余篇(其中SCI收录100篇),授权国家发明专利9项,2019年获得甘肃省技术发明一等奖1项,2010年获得甘肃省自然科学二等奖1项,中国机械工程学会工作成果奖1项。培养硕士研究生7人,培养博士研究生5人。
