Research Areas

Dr. Liao is a associate professor of the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Her main research areas are big data analysis and application, Internet information retrieval, and distributed data processing technology. She has presided over the research and development of "large-scale data processing environment construction and related research" and "Hadoop commercial prototype cooperation project", and presided over the research and development of the National Search Engine - People's Search Engine system and key technologies as the acting leader. She ever won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award and the first prize of the Electronic Information Science and Technology Award of the China Electronics Society.
