Meina Kan is a  Professor with the Institute of Computing Technology (ICT), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). She received the Ph.D degree in computer vision from the Institute of Computing Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (ICT, CAS)  in 2013.
