1.19F MRI 造影剂研发
(1)利用对称性组装氟原子和调控弛豫时间等策略构建高灵敏 19F MRI 造影剂,发展了新型高灵敏造影剂、生物活性分子和离子探针等,解决了长期困扰 19F MRI 造影剂的信号裂分、灵敏度低和易产生伪影等难题。
(2)针对造影剂研发中多分散聚乙二醇导致的产物成分复杂、纯化困难和批次差异性大等突出问题,从单分散聚乙二醇和含多个对称氟原子的化工原料出发,设计和合成了一系列高灵敏、高稳定性、高生物相容性、环境响应型和无需制剂的高性能造影剂,克服了现有造影剂的诸多缺陷。
3.氟-19磁共振成像在药物可视化和癌症诊疗一体化的应用研究
19F MRI造影剂与纳米科学、药物传递、癌症治疗等研究热点结合,发展了多个具有多模态成像、环境响应性和癌症治疗等功能的自组装分子模块,通过模块化自组装策略方便灵活地构建了一系列多功能、可视化和靶向性的抗肿瘤纳米药物,首次实现了治疗剂量下抗肿瘤药物的体内19F MRI可视化,荧光/光声/磁共振等多模态影像指导下的癌症联合治疗,为癌症个性化治疗打下了基础。
