研究领域
1.MgAl2O4尖晶石透明陶瓷:以微结构优化为核心,制备高光学质量、高强度MgAl2O4透明陶瓷;通过陶瓷近净尺寸成型技术,实现大尺寸平板、高陡度薄壁保形、半球等复杂形状陶瓷部件的制备。
2.RE:YAG、LuAG、Ln2O3 (Ln=Y,Lu,Sc)激光陶瓷:通过制备科学与工艺技术,实现高光学质量、大尺寸、低损耗和高光学均匀性激光陶瓷制备,并探索其在HEL、中红外激光方面的应用。
3.透明陶瓷光学窗口:发挥透明陶瓷高强高硬、宽光谱透过范围、优异物理和化学稳定性、耐雨蚀砂蚀的特性,探索其在高能激光发射窗口、红外电光窗口、以及透明装甲等领域的应用。
4. 针对半导体装备对先进陶瓷的需求,开展耐等离子体侵蚀陶瓷材料、大尺寸轻量化结构陶瓷、零膨胀陶瓷的研究。
5.陶瓷成型新方法探索:发展环境友好的胶态成型、3D打印等技术,实现复合结构和复杂构型透明陶瓷、零膨胀陶瓷的制备。
