  1. 聚焦2020后全球生物多样性保护目标,从不同研究尺度、分辨率探讨了保护优先区划定的不确定性,提出了跨尺度生物多样性—碳汇功能协同保护的创新途径,识别了生物多样性、碳汇功能以及多样性—碳汇功能协同增效的三类保护优先区域,为亚洲各国缓解生物多样性和气候变化带来的双重威胁、实施优先保护的行动计划提供了科学依据。研究成果发表于Science Advances,得到Nature Ecology & Evolution主编在亮点研究专栏专文介绍,被《中国科学报》以题为“牵住全球生物多样性和固碳双赢的牛鼻子”报道;联合国环境规划署将这一成果纳入越南国家自然保护地规划中;在《生物多样性公约》COP15大会期间入选中国科学院生物多样性成果展、2022年入选国家植物园科技展。
  2. 定量评估了中国生物多样性变化趋势,并揭示了多样性灭绝风险区域,提出“生物多样性风险指数”这一新指标,解决了基于最小面积保护更多物种为核心确定优先保护区、却忽视物种灭绝风险强度的问题,为更有效地阻止物种丧失提供科学支撑,研究成果分别于2019年和2020年入选《地球大数据支撑可持续发展目标报告》外交部版,分别在第74届和第75届联合国大会上作为中国外交部官方文件发布,并入选地球大数据促进联合国可持续发展目标SDG监测和评估成果展。
  3. 担任中国科学院战略性先导A专项CASEarth-BioONE项目管理办公室执行主任,协助项目负责人建设了中国生物多样性数据最丰富PB级BioONE大数据共享平台,集成数据量达26.4亿条,助力中国生物多样性信息学和数据共享快速发展。2022年4月作为分论坛组织者之一,成功举办了金砖国家可持续发展大数据论坛“大数据支撑生物多样性保护”平行分论坛,论坛得到新闻联播、央视新闻等媒体报道,是金砖国家落实联合国2030年议程的重要举措。
