Work Experience
1995-1999 Professor in Institute of Photographic Chemistry, CAS
His research focus on semiconductor photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants and the mechanism; photodegradation of organic pollutants via activation of O2 or H2O2 by transition metal complexes; photochemical cycling of iron species and the relative environmental chemistry processes; photocatalytic selective oxidation of organic compounds. He has published over 160 papers in the international journals, over 85 of them are in the journals with an impact factor above 3.0. The publications have been cited over 4000 times by other researchers.
A member of the Editorial Board of Environ. Sci. Technol. (ACS), Energy Environ. Sci. (RSC), ChemCatChem, Catal. Commun., Int. J. Photoenergy and J. Adv. Oxid. Technol. Associate Editor of Chinese Science Bulletin and Environmental Chemistry. He is also an adjunct professor of Peking Univeristy and the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
