Dr. Jia-Cheng E Yang obtained his PhD in 2018 from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS), China. He is now an associate professor at the Institute of Urban Environment, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China. He also serves as the supervisor of UCAS and Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, China. Over the past five years, he has successfully secured one project of National Key Research & Development Youth Program from Ministry of Science and Technology of China (2022) and two projects from National Scientific Foundation of China (2023, 2018) as priciple investigator. Based on research excellence, he was awarded the Fellow of Youth Innovation Promotion Association of Chinese Academy of Sciences (2023) and also nominated for the 2024 Eni Award.
