利用模式生物黑腹果蝇以及哺乳动物细胞等模型研究退行性、代谢性疾病(Cell reports, 2014;JAD, 2015;Commun Biol., 2019;NRR, 2022;IJMS,2023)及线粒体稳态调控的分子机理(Nat Commun., 2022,Autophagy,2022),目前正致力于利用遗传筛选、分子细胞生物学及多组学方法挖掘线粒体稳态调控、退行性及代谢疾病通路的新调控机制。主持了国自然青年基金及博士后基金面上资助各1项,参与了科技部重点研发计划、中科院科技服务网络计划项目、国自然重大项目等项目。《Neural Regeneration Research》杂志第一届医工联盟委员;《Advanced Technology in Neuroscience》杂志青年编委;《Gene, Protein & Disease》杂志编委;西湖明珠工程领军型青年团队骨干,中国病理学会蛋白质修饰与疾病专业委员会委员。

研究领域

1. 慢性病发病机理研究(神经退行性疾病、代谢性疾病等)。

2. 线粒体稳态调控的分子机制。

3. 辅酶A分子调控。
