研究领域
从事基因组解析、适应性进化,以及植物资源利用等研究:(1)香蕉基因组解析及其抗病、抗寒等机制研究;(2)以荠菜为主要研究对象,通过结合种植观察、测定性状分化相关基因序列,以及高通量测序等方法对物种遗传分化和适应进化机制进行探索。研究成果发表在New Phytologist、Horticulture Research、Scientific Data、Journal of Systematics and Evolution等期刊。
