研究领域

以国家信息、能源和高技术战略需求为导向,致力于新型半导体、光学薄膜材料及器件(功能组件)研究和开发,研究薄膜材料可控、可重复及可放大的关键制备技术,聚焦材料基本物性的科学问题的理解、性能调控以及人工操纵,模拟、设计和制备新结构、新材料,赋予它们新功能或设计已有的功能集成,验证并完善材料、多层结构、器件和功能组件的使役情况和应用。
