工作经历

1999年至2001年于中科院高能物理研究所做博士后。2001年起在高能所工作,同年被聘为副研究员,2007年起被聘为研究员、博士生导师,2017年被聘为二级研究员,曾任973项目课题负责人、中科院先导专项课题负责人、中科院重大设备研制改造项目负责人、自然科学基金重点项目负责人、自然科学基金面上项目负责人、科学院重点交叉项目负责人。主要研究工作如下:

1)负责中国科学院先导A类专项江门中微子实验的中心探测器的研制,项目金额约2亿元,该探测器设计为靶物质达两万吨、能量分辨率达百分之三,这是是世界上体量最大、精度最高的液闪探测器。

2)负责具有世界前沿水平的大亚湾中微子实验的中微子探测器的研制,项目金额约8000万元。大亚湾中微子实验发现并精确啦测量中微子第三种振荡模式,中微子探测器是其中心探测器,负责探测反电子中微子,它由8个全同的上百吨的大型液闪探测器组成,中心探测器的系统不确定性仅为千分之二,为世界上最好的同类探测器。

3)负责飞行时间探测(TOF)的设计与研制,项目金额约1000万元。TOF是北京谱仪(BESIII)的四个子探测器之一,是国家重大科学工程——北京正负电子对撞机重大改造工程的一部分。TOF由塑料闪烁体直接耦合光电倍增管组成,其主要指标即对1GeVmuon达到70ps的本征分辨率,为世界最好的同类探测器。为此进行了很多细致的研究,如TOF原型束流实验、塑料闪烁体测抗辐照特性实验、强磁场下FM-PMT的特性研究等。

4)负责中国科学院重大科技基础设施改造项目:高时间分辨气体探测器MRPC的研究及端部飞行时间探测器升级改造,项目金额约1500万元。其分辨率达50皮秒以内,达到世界先进水平。

5)新型闪烁探测器、中子探测器的研究。

6)探测器应用研究开发:比如石油勘探随钻测井探测器开发、宇宙线成像应用于考古地质等研究。
