研究领域

余皓,教授、副研究员、医疗器械高级工程师,深圳市高层次专业人才。深圳市医疗器械行业协会副会长并特聘专家,华为AI高级工程师资格。

余皓分别于2001年、2004年、2013年获得浙江大学生物医学工程专业的本科、硕士和博士学位;2016-2019年在美国印第安纳大学、普渡大学客座研究员;现任中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院医工所影像中心PI。作为项目负责人主持过国家自然科学基金、广东省自然科学基金、深圳市科技创新委员会的创新项目和重点项目等十多项,课题总经费600多万元;作为主要成员参与过国家863课题和科技重大专项。共发表SCI检索论文40多篇,申请专利十多项。

余皓课题组主要研究内容包括:(1)单细胞转录组和空间转录组研究肿瘤微环境异质性;(2)基因组学人工智能技术研究与肿瘤诊疗相关的生物标志物及预后预测;(3)与临床和企业密切合作,形成伴随诊断类试剂和人工智能预测软件。
