研究领域
实验室长期致力于免疫学的基础与临床研究。至今已于免疫学领域发表多篇高水平论文,其中作为第一或通讯作者(含共同)发表在Cell、Cell Reports、Cell Research、Cell Mol Immunol 、J Immunol、J Leukocyte Biol。实验室整合单细胞组学、计算生物学、分子细胞生物学深入研究免疫系统在肿瘤、自身免疫病、病毒感染等疾病中的作用。还将利用合成生物学手段对免疫细胞、分子、信号通路进行重设计,实现基于免疫系统的疾病诊疗。
