研究领域

快速发展的高通量高分辨显微成像技术产生了海量的多模态生物医学显微影像数据,如何重构数据、分析数据和建模数据已成为生物医学和脑智交叉领域的重大挑战。

微观重建与智能分析团队专注于研究微介观尺度解析生物组织所需的专用工艺设备、高速三维成像、海量图谱绘制和智能电路分析等技术,构建生物组织体电镜数据三维重建的全链条技术体系,探索生物神经网络构造机理、研究生物神经网络仿生模拟和开展医学生理病理精准分析。

微观重建与智能分析团队负责人为韩华研究员,中国科学院自动化研究所脑智交叉研究平台总工程师。担任中国科学院自动化研究所学术委员会委员和学位评定委员会委员、中国仪器仪表学会显微仪器分会委员、中国电子显微镜学会生物医学专业委员会委员、中国科学院电镜技术联盟理事、北京电镜学会理事。

微观重建与智能分析团队现有科研人员17名,实验人员13名,在读研究生13名,近年来承担多项国家、中科院、北京市科技任务和怀柔科学城脑智交叉平台的建设,在SCIENCE、NAT.COMM.、CELL REP、PHARMACOL RES、ESWA、ISCIENCE等发表论文80余篇,授权发明专利30余项。
