From 1996 to 2003, he served as an electronic engineer in the 13th research institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation and as a SDH R&D system engineer of optical network in HUAWEI company. In 2006 he joined in the institute of Acoustics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is currently a researcher at the Institute of Acoustics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a professor at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. His current research interests are computer architecture, VLSI, FPGA-accelerated computing, Programmable networks and Ad hoc.
