研究领域
本人立足西南山地,利用多组学工具开展农林生态系统中植物-微生物共生体系应对全球变化响应的研究,主要研究内容如下:
1. 我国西南及其他关键区域不同植被类型下土壤微生物的生物地理分布格局及其驱动力;
2. 丛枝菌根真菌及其他功能微生物在调节土壤关键元素代谢及土壤多功能性中的关键潜势;
3. 农业土壤中微塑料污染对植物-微生物体系的胁迫作用及废弃塑料的微生物降解。
