1. 病毒核酸表观遗传学: 利用组学技术结合病毒学方法分析RNA修饰如m6Am5Cac4C等对病毒基因组复制、RNA加工和翻译的影响,揭示RNA修饰系统与病毒关键蛋白相互作用的分子机制;

2. 新发高致病性病原生物学: 以尼帕病毒、埃博拉病毒和克里米亚-刚果出血热病毒等BSL-4病原为对象,探索高致病性病毒与宿主的相互作用、筛选相应的分子靶标和抗病毒药物。
