研究领域
从事家猪体外受精,手工克隆,玻璃化冷冻等技术的完善和优化,成功得到世界第一批手工克隆猪后代,后又将“手工克隆技术在家猪的应用”引进国内,研发出了国内首批“手工克隆猪”,效率达国际先进水平,2009年研发出世界首例“手工克隆绵羊”。2008年获得深圳“双百计划”支持、2009年获得广东省地方领军人物,成功研究出“迷你发光猪”、“克隆猪坚强”等前沿技术。完成了973项目“iPS克隆猪高效创建”,与中科院广州生物医药健康研究院等合作单位获得2015年广东省科学技术奖一等奖。带领团队研发了大规模测序的植入前筛查(PGS)技术,并于2012年与湖南中信湘雅生殖与遗传专科医院卢光琇团队合作陆续诞生了世界首批全基因组测序的试管婴儿。
