个人介绍
窦新存,生于1981年,中国科学院新疆理化技术研究所二级研究员,博导,国家级领军人才,国家重点研发计划项目-“纳米前沿”专项首席科学家。2004、2009年于华东师范大学和中科院固体所分获学士和博士学位。2009-2011年于新加坡南洋理工大学从事博士后研究。现任新疆痕量化学物质感知重点实验室主任、中国仪器仪表学会理事等。
长期致力于痕量检测方法研究,在系列目标物的高灵敏、快速、识别检测原理和器件设计方面发展了系列新的解决方案,相关进展100余篇发表在Adv. Mater.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Nano Lett.、Adv. Funct. Mater.、Adv. Sci.、Mater. Horizon.、Small等国际期刊。攻克了痕量检测系列关键技术,申请中国发明专利100余项(授权50余项),成功研发10项现场检测分析装备并规模化应用,三项装备入选国家“十三五”科技创新成就展。
获新疆维吾尔自治区科技进步一等奖(排名第一,2023年、2020年)、中国仪器仪表学会科技进步二等奖(排名第一,2020年)、第五届新疆维吾尔自治区专利奖二等奖(第一完成人,2023年)、新疆维吾尔自治区“最美科技工作者”(2022年)、第九届新疆青年科技奖(2019年)等荣誉。
