研究领域

      厌氧微生物生理代谢:瘤胃纤维素厌氧细菌、甲烷古菌的资源和生理代谢,以及口腔链球菌种间互作研究。
      重点研究内容包括(1)牦牛瘤胃纤维素降解细菌的生物学和纤维素降解的酶学,及其瘤胃元基因组学(2)低温甲烷古菌资源及其在高原湿地甲烷释放中的功能,和嗜冷机理;(3)口腔链球菌抗氧胁迫机理,及其与变型链球菌间的相互作用。
