研究领域

长期从事半导体量子阱、超晶格的生长和光学性质研究,特别是自旋电子学研究,近年来主要从事的研究领域:低维结构小量子体系材料与物理、光伏太阳能电池、自旋电子学、铁电薄膜材料与光子晶体、窄禁带半导体薄膜与器件。

工作经历

1987年8月-1993年10月,美国Notre Dame大学物理系获博士学位,1993年10月-1994年12月,纽约市立大学高技术中心做博士后,1995年1月-1997年10月,复旦大学物理系任副教授,1997年9月-2001年8月,Oklahoma大学物理系任教。

专利与奖励

1997年获国家教委、人事部“全国优秀留学回国人员”称号,同年获国家教委“跨世纪优秀人才基金”资助,2001年入选中科院“****”,2003年获“国家杰出青年基金”,2004年入选“新世纪千百万人才工程国家级人才”,2005年获政府特殊津贴。
