研究领域

​陆瑶,研究员、博士生导师,国家高层次青年人才。长期从事微流控芯片、单细胞分析技术发展及其应用研究(微流控芯片、单细胞分析均是科技部《生物技术创新专项规划》重点部署的颠覆性技术),相关工作以第一、通讯作者发表于PNAS (3), Nature CommunicationsNational Science Review, Science SignalingAdvanced ScienceBiofabricationAnalytical Chemistry 等著名期刊,单篇最高他引50余次;发展的喷蜡打印制造纸基质微流控芯片技术成为纸芯片最主要制备技术,大大推动相关领域发展;发展的单细胞分泌蛋白分析技术已被商业化,并被世界各地100 多家制药公司和医疗中心广泛使用,帮助肿瘤免疫治疗、细胞治疗药物开发和临床测试,被美国The Scientist 杂志评为2017 年度十大医疗技术发明首位;主持国家自然科学基金(项)等科研项目10 余项;共同主编中文(器官芯片,2019,科学出版社)、英文(Biosensors for Single-Cell Analysis, 2021Elsevier 出版社)专著各一部;授权发明专利项(包括美国专利两件)。
