Research Areas

Focusing on the development of multimodal biomedical optical imaging technologies and their applications in the precise diagnosis and treatment of neuromuscular diseases. By integrating diffuse optical tomography (DOT), high-resolution optical coherence tomography (OCT), and photoacoustic microscopy (PAM), we aim to establish a cross-scale dynamic monitoring system for the neuro-muscle-microcirculation axis, elucidating the functional coupling mechanisms of neural conduction, muscle contraction, and blood flow metabolism during disease progression. Combined with artificial intelligence algorithms, we develop intelligent diagnostic systems to achieve early disease detection, quantitative pathological staging, and dynamic tracking of intervention efficacy, providing precise imaging navigation for neurorehabilitation engineering.
