导师简介:

陈世桢,中国科学院精密测量科学与技术创新研究院研究员,博导,磁共振影像研究部副主任(主持工作)。从事磁共振分子影像及肿瘤的多模态影像研究,主要影像手段包括MRI、 CT、 PET、超声、光声和光学成像等。近5年(2019‒2024年)间,以第一作者或通讯作者在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.(3篇)、Adv. Mater.(1篇)、Nano Lett.(1篇)、Chem. Sci.(1篇) 等化学、材料学、生物学领域权威杂志发表SCI论文22篇。至今已获36项中国 发明专利,其中授权14件,受理22件,软件著作权1件。主持国家自然基金项 目共4项,1项联合基金重点项目(代码H27磁共振影像医学),另外3项均在分 析化学口获得资助(代码B04化学测量学),主持中科院科研仪器设备研制项 目1项,中国科学院青年创新促进会项目1项,以项目骨干身份参与多项基金委 及科技部重大或重点项目。其中,两项成果获得湖北省科技成果登记,“人体 多核磁共振成像系统”(2018年,登记号EK2018A010038000335),“超极化 129Xe动物肺部磁共振成像”(2014年,登记号EK2014A010313000709)。获 2023年湖北省科技进步一等奖(第三完成人,肺部重大疾病的人体多核磁共振 成像装备研制及应用),2023年朱良漪创新成果奖(第一完成人,超高灵敏磁 共振原位活体分析系统,全国3项),2017年中国分析测试协会科技青年奖 (第一完成人,全国5项,国科奖证字第0032号)。受邀在国际、国内会议上 做大会及邀请报告数十余次。先后入选湖北省杰青(2021年)、湖北省青年拔 尖人才(2021年)、湖北省博士后卓越人才计划(2021年)、湖北省百名女性 优秀科技创新人才(2020年)、武汉“新时代巾帼英雄”(2021)等,同时, 兼任中国科学院磁共振技术联盟副秘书长等。

研究领域

主要研究方向

1.肺癌多核磁共振分子影像研究领域

       瞄准肺癌早期诊断的重大需求,构建了高灵敏度、高特异性、环境响应型的分子探针,利用129Xe/19F/1H多核磁共振技术,对肿瘤微环境和实体瘤进行多分子成像,更全面、精准、无创地探测早期肺癌;通过对肺癌分子功能、细胞行为,活体病变到病人肺功能的多尺度研究,为超灵敏129Xe磁共振分子影像在肿瘤基础研究向临床转化提供理论依据。

2.活体多核(1H/19F/129Xe)磁共振分子影像

       相对于传统的单核1H磁共振造影剂,多核1H/19F/129Xe的磁共振分子影像具有无背景信号干扰、可原位活体对肺癌实现多分子精准探测等优点。其中19F对目标部位环境变化比较敏感,可产生较大的化学位移变化(>350ppm),结合超灵敏的129Xe,可获得更为丰富、独特的信息,从而揭示更多肿瘤演进中微环境的改变。

3.利用多核磁共振成像技术,全面获取肺癌从人体到动物到分子水平的多角度、多层面信息。

       从分子,组织,活体到病人多个层面“精读”肺癌,全面获取肺癌从人体到动物到分子水平的多层面信息。从而能进行肺癌癌前病变及早期癌发生、发展的分子机理研究,这对指导肺部重大疾病的早期发现、诊断以及治疗,提高患者生存率具有重大学术和临床实践意义。
