    Prof. Chunying Chen mainly focuses on nanomedicine and nanosafety fields. In the last five years, she has published 190 peer-reviewed papers in Acc Chem Res, Chem Soc Rev, PNAS, Nature Commun, JACS, Adv Mater, ACS Nano, and so on. She has authored/co-authored 5 books. She has been authorized 14 granted patents and one international standard. She has served as editorial board members of peer-reviewed journals. Her papers have been SCI cited more than 6700 times (total citations more than 5500 times if excluded self-citation from all authors). Her H-index is 38. According to ESI from the Web of Science, she has 15 papers highlighted as Highly Cited Papers over last 10 years. She is awarded as “Highly Cited Researcher (2002-2012)” by Thomson Reuters in 2014. Due to her impact in nanobiomedicine, she had been invited to deliver more than 20 talks in international conferences and workshops.
    She is the principle investigator of several domestic and international projects, such as China MOST Program and projects from Natural Science Foundation of China, the EU-FP6 and EU-FP7, IAEA Coordinated Research Project (2009-2012), Danish Council for Strategic Research (2013-2015), Germany BMBF Cooperation Project (2011-2014), and so on. Since 2014, she has been awarded and supported by the National Science Foundation for Distinguished Young Scholars of China, and One Hundred Person Project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. As a key member, she also joins the Program for Creative Research Groups of China. Recently, She has been selected as the principal scientist in National Program on Key Research Project of Nanoscience and Technology.
