研究领域
长期专注于人类多能干细胞的中、内胚层定向分化研究。
建立了世界首个来源于多能干细胞的胚层特异性干细胞系(germlayer-specific stem cells)-人内胚层干细胞系(human endoderm stem cell line,EP cell line)(2012,Cell Stem Cell)。人内胚层干细胞具有体外无限增殖能力、在体内不成瘤、可在体外高效分化成各种内胚层衍生细胞类群的特点,这些优点决定了其作为种子细胞在内胚层定向分化方面具有独特优势,是体外规模化制备可用于移植的肝细胞、胰腺细胞的优良的起始材料。
