真菌合成生物学研究组主要以丝状真菌为体系,以合成生物学理念为指导,利用生物设计和基因组编辑技术构建通用性丝状真菌底盘细胞,并结合各类组学、分子遗传学和代谢工程技术构建以生物质为原料,生产工业蛋白质和大宗化学品的高效细胞工厂。
