J and Chizhi Chris Zhang are leading figures in digital research and advanced computing, heading and building the Advanced Computing and Digital Technology Research Centre (CDTC) at the Chinese Academy of Sciences Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics (CIOMP). Together, they have pioneered innovative techniques and methodologies in engineering simulations, optical systems, and AI-driven solutions.

Prof. J as the only Key BR Researcher at CIOMP, Prof. Jian Jiang holds a unique and prestigious position. His extensive expertise in optical engineering and advanced computing technologies significantly enhances the institute's reputation as a leader in digital engineering.

  • Digital Twin Technology: Developing and applying digital twin technology for predictive maintenance and real-time monitoring of engineering systems.
  • AI-Driven Simulations: Utilizing artificial intelligence to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of engineering simulations.
  • Multi-Objective Optimization: Using optimization algorithms for multi-objective operational maintenance and statistics.
  • Multiphysics Coupling Simulations: Expertise in fluid dynamics and structural mechanics coupled analysis.
