研究领域

研究主要涉及污染物的环境暴露和人群健康效应,目前利用多模型(体外细胞模型、动物暴露实验以及人群流行病学数据),结合分析化学和分子生物学技术手段,研究污染物的生物代谢过程以及健康效应。整合外源污染物的暴露剂量、形态以及生物体的内源(表观)遗传背景,探索污染物暴露和遗传信息对有健康效应的环境与基因的交互作用,甄别环境污染物的毒性形态以及明确易感人群的基因形态,从而为降低人群的暴露风险提供科学指导方案
