      从事电子与电路系统的研制与开发工作，主要从事射频收发机的设计与测试，模拟电路和数字电路的设计与调试，负责接收系统的设计及调试，并参与整机的联调。而且，于1997年12月聘为中级职称“电子工程师”。

2006.1-目前：中国科学院上海微系统与信息技术研究所上海无线通信研究中心
     研究新一代宽带无线通信系统中的关键技术，包括信号处理、阵列信号处理、智能天线技术、多天线无线通信技术、宽带无线组网技术和认知无线电系统。于2009年1月聘为副研究员，2013年聘为中国科学院大学上海微系统与信息技术研究所的硕士生导师。
