研究领域

    以激光薄膜为主要研究对象,关注现代激光技术、光学系统对光学薄膜的应用需求,研究光学薄膜以及光电功能薄膜的理论设计、生长机理、物理气相沉积(PVD)技术、性能测试分析以及应用技术推广等。
    激光薄膜的研究重点围绕高功率激光系列装置和相关科研项目的应用需求,其研究成果不仅对这些激光装置的建设和运行有重大实用价值,而且在推动我国激光薄膜沉积技术、高性能光学薄膜沉积工艺、光学薄膜测试分析以及光学薄膜应用推广等方面,也有着重要的科学意义和学术价值。 
    光学薄膜研究中所积累的理论基础和实践经验,对于现代光学以及相关技术领域和学术前沿,如微纳结构调控、固体激光、半导体照明、光显示技术、光通信技术等领域的发展,均有重要的促进作用。 
    通过举办或参与国际会议、开展学术互访与人才交流等多种方式,所在课题组与国际同行建立了广泛而深入的合作交流。
