研究领域

    以激光薄膜为主要研究对象,关注现代激光技术、光学系统对光学薄膜元件的应用需求,研究光学薄膜及光电功能薄膜的理论设计、生长机理、物理气相沉积(PVD)技术、性能测试分析及仪器装备研制等。
    激光薄膜的研究重点围绕高功率激光系列装置和空间在轨应用等需求,其研究成果不仅对这些激光装置或型号任务的研制和运行提供了有力支撑,而且在推动我国激光薄膜沉积技术、高性能光学薄膜沉积工艺、光学薄膜测试分析技术持续提升,以及光学薄膜、自主研制仪器装备的应用推广等方面,有着重要的科学意义和参考价值。 
    通过举办或参与国际会议,开展学术互访、人才交流、合作研究等多种方式,所在课题组与国内外同行建立了广泛而深入的学术交流。
