Research Areas

1. Promote the development of high power pulse power supply and system integration technology breakthrough, to carry out the catalytic oxidation pretreatment of non-thermal plasma - renewable resources - coupling technology research and demonstration, for mercury waste, waste incineration fly ash, such as medical waste disposal requirements, to carry out the disposal process of mercury, dioxins non-conventional pollutants deep purification technology research, promoting the transformation of achievements.

2. Focusing on China's implementation of Minamata Convention on Mercury and domestic mercury management needs, carry out research on mercury and multi-pollutant pollution control and resource utilization technology, and carry out research on the implementation support and technical management system in the field of mercury.

3. Based on the actual needs of carrying out "waste-free city" in China, carry out planning compilation, scientific and technological support, technological promotion and regional cooperation promotion, and carry out research on hazardous waste disposal technology integration, technical evaluation and related standard system.

Experience


It has undertaken more than 30 national and local major science and technology research projects from the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Natural Science Foundation of China and other national and local major science and technology research projects, and 12 ongoing projects. In recent years, he has applied for more than 30 patents, published more than 10 monographs, published more than 70 papers (the first author and corresponding author), presided over and participated in more than 20 national and industry standards, and won 13 provincial and ministerial level science and technology and individual awards. Focusing on the technical requirements in the field of hazardous waste disposal, promoting the research and development of high-power pulse power supply and the breakthrough of system integration technology, carrying out the research and demonstration of the coupling technology of pre-treatment - low-temperature plasma - catalytic oxidation - resource regeneration, promoting the transformation and industrialization of achievements, aiming to solve the gap in the field of domestic mercury pollution treatment and resource utilization. It has actively contributed to the construction of standard system in the field of hazardous waste, and made positive efforts to promote the construction of technical management system in the field of hazardous waste and medical waste and in the field of mercury and other heavy metals in China. China has actively contributed to the national international implementation of mercury and persistent organic pollutants, and contributed to the design, implementation and international evaluation of more than 10 Chinese international implementation projects. He has won the honorary titles of Outstanding Contribution Award of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, National Leading Talents in Environmental Science and Technology, Jiangsu Provincial Leading Talents in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Star of Huairou Science and Technology, etc.

Research Interests


​It will focus on the management and disposal of hazardous waste, especially the construction of technical management systems for hazardous waste and medical waste, research, development and demonstration of mercury pollution treatment and resource management technologies, and provide technical support for promoting the implementation of Minamata Convention on Mercury and Perishable Organic Pollution Control Convention in China. In recent years, the management and participate in the project of of all kinds scientific research of country/topic more than 20, 863, the national key research and development plan, the state environmental protection public welfare project, the natural science fund and the international performance projects, local support, enterprise cooperation, won the provincial science and technology progress prize more than 10 items, published more than 60 articles, published monograph 7 units, more than 20 to apply for patents.
