Researcher, doctoral supervisor,   and young talent of the "WR" program of the Central Organization   Department (2020). Graduated from Lanzhou University with a Bachelor's degree in Materials Physics in 2005; In 2011, he graduated from Lanzhou Institute of   Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, majoring in materials science,   with a doctor's degree; In 2016, he served as a visiting researcher at the   Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory in the United States.

In terms of scientific research innovation: (1) Developed strong and weak Me-C (metal carbon) micro doped strong and tough carbon film systems and flexible manufacturing methods for hard carbon films; (2) Revealed the nanostructure regulation pulse annealing mechanism and friction interface rolling sliding super slip mechanism of hydrogen containing fullerene like carbon thin films; (3) The new concepts and methods of "catalytic superlubricity" and "thermally induced superlubricity" have been proposed, and a series of heterogeneous interface superlubricity have been developed; (4) The excitation modulation anode assisted   Magnetron sputtering ion coating system, electromagnetic separation coating system, metal/non-metal injection coating system and other devices were invented,   which realized the control of carbon film nanostructures and controllable batch preparation.

The application of carbon based lubricating film has solved surface engineering problems and neck technology in the fields of fuel systems, drive transmission critical components, energy storage, new energy, and has been applied in fields such as automobiles,   aviation, and high-speed rail. With the goal of breaking through the   "core and key" surface lubrication and protection technologies in major engineering projects, revealing the surface interface behavior mechanism in service environments and designing long-life wear-resistant lubrication service films, equipment development has been carried out ↔   Material research and development ↔ Process integration ↔ Patent standards ↔   Research characteristics of collaborative promotion of industrial applications.   Published over 130 articles, authorized 54 invention patents (including 5   international patents), and formulated 2 industry group standards.

He is also an expert of the Rare   Earth Industry Center of the National New Material Testing and Evaluation   Platform, a deputy chairman of the Energy and Power Engineering Branch of the   Chinese Energy Society, a member of the Film Special Committee of the Vacuum   Society, a deputy director of the Lanzhou Branch of the Youth Innovation   Promotion Association of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and an expert of the Youth Group of the Surface Engineering Branch of the Mechanical   Engineering Society and the Friction Credit Association; Deputy Director of the Youth Editorial Committee for Materials Research and Application, and   Youth Editorial Committee for Surface Technology and China Materials   Development.
