研究领域

以念珠菌症为代表的真菌感染疾病常源于人体菌群中定植的病原真菌。翟冰课题组基于高质量的人群队列样本,精准量化病原真菌在人体肠道、阴道等粘膜部位定植期间的动态变化及其与菌群中其它组分的互作关系,解析病原真菌在人体内从共生状态到致病致病的转化机制和耐药进化机制,运用系统生物学、合成生物学等研究手段对菌群中定植的病原真菌进行有效干预,以期从源头预防重症感染等疾病的发生。研究成果以第一作者或通讯作者发表在Nature Medicine, Nature Microbiology, mBio, Current Opinion in Microbiology等学术期刊。
