研究领域

1、基于多靶点的降血糖活性成分发现、药效评价和新药研发

借鉴中医药对糖尿病(消渴)的认识,选择临床有效中药及亲缘药用植物,以课题组建立的降血糖多靶点筛选体系(PTP1B、TCPTP、α-葡萄糖苷酶、Gpa、GK等),开展活性和液质导向的新颖活性分子的发现、结构优化、作用机制和成药性研究,为天然来源的新型降血糖先导分子的发现和创新药物研发提供依据。

2、传统药用植物的综合开发利用研究

利用LCMS和体外多靶点筛选体系,对传统中药不同基源、不同部位开展系统比较分析,揭示其物质基础和活性成分差异,为中药资源的综合开发利用提供参考。
